Cal-I is a versatile creative artist and educator with extensive experience in teaching, curriculum and pastoral leadership. With a passion for performing arts, he continued to develop his skills while teaching by writing, directing plays, and producing digital video productions for youth groups in his local community.

Simone Watson-Brown

Simone is a highly skilled and experienced freelance Performance and Impact Coach, EDI consultant, creative facilitator, and Theatre Director. She has a background in Arts Leadership at an award-winning off-west end theatre and works for a number of award-winning companies.

Zainab Lawal

Zainab is an actor/creative who is passionate about raising the voices of black women in the arts. Interested in storytelling through movement, Zainab seeks to foster an environment where all forms of storytelling are championed.

Terry Mahoney

Terry has been an active mentor to CEO's and governing boards of charities since his retirement from Aerospace senior management. Tery's roles included governing international subsidiaries, troubleshooting projects, CEO of a high tech start-up and facilitating an ofsted 'outstanding' apprenticeship scheme. He has a personal interest in driving inclusivity and the benefits that brings young people.

Dahna Borojevic


Dahna Borojevic is a Freelance Creative Producer and Fundraising Consultant. As a Fundraiser, Dahna has raised over £500k in the last year for arts charities and theatre companies. As a Producer Dahna has worked for a number of renowned theatres in London, including The Coronet Theatre, as well as managing international touring for companies. She has worked as Associate Producer for Mechanimal, Bristol based immersive experience and performance art company for the last 2 years.

The Digital Youth Board

Our Digital Youth Board is a group of 12 young people aged 16-30 who are both advisors who shape the direction of our programmes, and ambassadors who help connect our work with more young people. The Digital Youth Board was established during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 as a way to continue our relationship with emerging artists.

Actor, Assistant Director & Drama Practitioner for Hackney Empire & National Youth Theatre.

"My style encourages audiences to empathise with the character’s journey. Not everyone has shared experiences but we all have emotions to relate to the feeling."

Teagan Imani

Actor and Writer whose work has been performed at the Pleasance Theatre, Camden People's Theatre, and most recently, a sell-out show at Soho Theatre.

Naomi joined PMD in 2020 and is thrilled to be back for her second year as a part of the Digital Youth Board.

Actor & Writer.

Layla joined the Digital Youth Board in mid 2020, seeing it as an opportunity to spend her lockdown creatively! Since then she has made creative connections on the board and gained experience in other fields of the industry.

"My name is Jordan Bangura and I am an actor and also open to different creative avenues."

Jordan joined the Board in 2021 and has comes to numerous theatre trips and has Directed for our Black History Month Scratch Night.

Past credits include: Assistant Director: After the End (Theatre Royal Stratford East), Typical Girls (CleanBreak/ Sheffield Theatres); Director: Voices from Prison (Clean Break), Writer: Mask (Fully Focused X Netflix), Rewind (Purple Moon Drama), History on the Road (Cockpit Theatre), .

Emma Nwachuku

Writer. "I am a born and bred Londoner with a passion for creative writing. When I’m not working I can be found writing short stories or poems on my phone a notebook or my hand if creativity strikes. My ultimate goal is to diversify the Tv, Theatre and Film industries".

Mike Aina

Actor. "A theatre going, music loving, football frantic, hailing from north london. As a member of the Maktub Arts company I have been able to stretch myself as a creative over the last four years. My aim is to create a shift and revolutionise theatre.

Nicole Abraham

Actor and writer.

Most recently, she participated as a writer for Team Angelica's LIT project, which will be launched at the Bush Theatre on 15th May, directed by Rikki Beadle-Blair.

She has played leading roles in theatre and TV.

She has also worked as a drama teacher and facilitator in London..

Yasmine Dankwah

Spoken Word Poet, Playwright and Performer

Yasmine is a British-Ghanaian who hopes to subvert the rule ‘show don’t tell’ by exploring and platforming the individuals and narratives of those who are often used ‘for show’ within the media.

She is currently in her final year at CSSD studying Writing for Performance.

Tsipora St. Clair Knights

Multidisciplinary artist (dancer/writer/filmmaker/producer/facilitator) whose work is rooted in exploring the complexities of identity through movement, film & spoken word.

Since graduating in 2021 she has worked with Rising Arts Agency in Bristol, Theatre Peckham, In Place of War, The Old Vic & NDT Broadgate.
