In 2026, Purple Moon Drama celebrates 10 years of empowering creatives and developing local communities through Applied Theatre and Early Career Support.
Since 2016, Purple Moon Drama has created accessible arts programmes, creative incubators and performance opportunities that have enabled hundreds of young people to develop confidence, discover their craft and be leaders primed for success.
Over the past decade, the organisation has grown through the creativity, commitment and support of young people, artists, facilitators, partners, alumni and communities who have contributed to its journey.
To mark this milestone, we’re looking back at where it all began, celebrating the people and opportunities that have shaped the organisation, and sharing the impact of a decade of work.
Throughout our 10-year anniversary campaign, we’ll be sharing stories from our archive, hearing from alumni and the people who have been part of Purple Moon Drama’s journey, exploring the programmes and partnerships that have helped us grow, and celebrating the moments that have made the last 10 years possible.
